Meridian Prime Concierge Services

We offer the expertise of Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST) to enhance the overall well-being and functional abilities of our clients.

Skilled Nursing (RN/LVN)

SN Skilled Nursing (RN/LVN) provides nursing care treatment and instructions to the patient and family, coordinating with all others involved in the patient’s care.

Physical Therapy

PT Physical Therapy helps patients regain functional mobility, increase strength and improve range of motion.

Occupational Therapy

OT Occupational Therapy increases the patient’s independence and ability to perform daily functions by teaching adaptive methods and use of special equipment.

Our high quality and caring Clinical Staff, Coordinators, and Placement Agents take the time to listen and truly understand the needs and concerns of our clients and their families.

24/7 Support

Services from 1st Meridian can be provided on a flexible schedule based on the patient’s needs. Some services may be available 24/7, while others may be provided on a part-time or intermittent basis.
